Thank you Father...

Romans 5:3-4 Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4perseverance, character; and character, hope.

These verses say much with few words . . .

Suffering, perseverance, character . . .
Who in their right mind would every consider suffering as part of building character and perseverance? Not me - until now. Now, every trial, pain, ache, disappointment, frustrating situation, I am going to start learning to say, “Thank you Father,” and keep going. Things could always be worse, and I am thankful for EVERYTHING in my life right now.

Today, regardless of the trials, frustration - fire alarms that interrupt your work -, and other disappointments, pause, be still for a moment and give thanks to God for your current situation.
